Representing TECH Electric

As a team that takes pride in its professionalism and expertise we want to reflect those same strengths through our conduct, attire and communication with our customers and vendors.

As a guide, business casual attire is appropriate. For all TECH Electric customer/vendor meetings, events or social functions, we want you to feel free to express your own individual style, but want to ensure we are professional.

  • Examples of acceptable attire: collared shirts, blazers, blouses, dress pants, closed toed shoes, professionally looking or paired blue jeans.
  • Examples of unacceptable attire: flip flops, shorts (except where industry events require – golf etc.), zip down sweaters or hoodies.
  • Example of acceptable field wear: clean uniforms without holes or frays, proper personal protective equipment and of course your TECH Electric logoed swag like t-shirts, jackets or hats which the company supplies from time to time.

From our eye-catching trucks to our logoed hard hats and clothing, every opportunity we have to improve our image is important. Please wear your company gear with pride and let us know if there is a critical opportunity where we could improve our image.

We live in an online world and we understand that our image online is just as important as our physical one. We also need to respect the privacy and confidentiality of the customers we work for and the projects we work on. In some cases, our subcontracts strictly prohibit advertising or posting of project related material to social media or other public forms of media. For this reason, we ask that you do not post pictures, comments or videos of project sites or TECH Electric business on social media platforms such as Snapchat, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn or any other platform. Thank you for your understanding and commitment to our customers.
